  1. Wash your face.
  2. Squeeze a little toothpaste onto your finger.
  3. Apply a small amount of toothpaste directly onto the pimple itself, not on the surrounding skin.
  4. Leave the toothpaste on for two hours or overnight.
  5. Gently wash off, using small circular motions.
  6. Repeat no more than four times a week.
